Work at the HR office becomes complicated when orientation for new employees overlaps with ongoing trainings for regular employees most especially when we were still into conventional training approaches. Scheduling trainings became the main source of headaches since we need to establish sessions in such a way they will not disrupt the working hours of employees and orientation for new employees need to happen at once. Another problem is that new employees do not come once a year. Almost every other month, there are new workers that come to the office and we need to train and orient them in the fastest schedule possible. We knew when the training schedules are starting to pile up that we needed to find a way to manage everything and still be able to ensure maximum learning for our employees.
